Non-responsive
My order was placed over 2 weeks ago and I heard nothing from them. When I called they said “oh, it should be on it’s way.” I told them I wanted to cancel my order, they said “I’ll have to call to see if it’s too late, bye.” They didn’t give me a confirmation, a timeline, and they still haven’t. Terrible.

John, when we spoke on the phone, I clearly told you that I needed to be sure that your order had not been shipped already. As soon as that was confirmed we did cancel your order. Sorry that the industry is having so many covid related supply issues, and wish we had a solution to this worldwide problem.

Hi Louis, You emailed us on 8/12 and we responded on 8/12 letting you know that True Temper was not able to provide all the extra shafts you wanted. None of our partner warehouses had those shafts either. Sorry you could not wait any longer but it was a good decision to cancel. True Temper still has not filled our restock order and expects more middle of September now.
