Nightmare Customer experience
I ordered at the end of March via French website but that is same company at the end.
It was and it's always a nightmare user experience on my case. They shipped my order early in April but their delevery company was able to delevirer my order because my delevery address doest not exist where they were finaly able to deliver it at same address one month later...
As it was a not unfortunate experience enough as customer... My order arrived 2 months after order with a missing frame (the big one of course).
I let you imagine that of course Customer service was unavailable throughout this situation still ongoing currently, even if you sent an email to Detlef Winkelewski their CEO.
To prevent such a situation avoid that nightmare company!!!
