Beautiful Coat, but Persistent Musty Smell

I was really excited about this coat because it’s genuinely beautiful and very well‑designed. Unfortunately, it arrived with a strong musty, damp smell that hasn’t gone away despite several attempts to air it out and remove the odor.

It’s disappointing, because the quality and look of the coat are otherwise excellent. I had hoped the smell would fade, but it seems to be embedded in the fabric.

I wish this hadn’t been an issue, as the coat itself is lovely. Sadly, I can’t fully enjoy it due to the persistent odor.
