Fast postage, the ONLY complaint is that I had to create an account & didn't really want to as I was only ordering one towbar, I don't do it for a living. probably won't need another until I change my car!

You let me buy a tow bar that wasn’t in stock! Only saw the email saying it was out of stock 3 days later. Should have phoned me straight away instead so I could arrange something else

On every product page is clearly states "Estimated Delivery: 1 - 2 working days (subject to stock availability)". It is the customers responsibility to check their emails, spam/junk folders and we cannot be held responsible for this delay. Sorry we could not help any further.

I live in Wollongong nsw Australia and have struggled to buy a simple towbar for my STYPE then started dealing with Graham and staff........I must of emailed him a dozen times or more.......but nothing was too hard......it took me days to find the right freight company........Sorted with Graham and now my jag has a towbar fitted one of the only ones in Australia.......thanks again
