Your employees are efficient, knowledgeable and caring. They understand that I wanted to keep my good standing with Tower Loans. And yet, at the same time, needed to reduce my monthly spending. They are always friendly and courteous. I enjoy stopping by each month to pay my monthly loan payment in person.
If I may add, I really do wish that this company higher management would drop the interest rates. They are far too high, at 35.9% I feel that since I've been doing business with Tower Loans since 2016, I have proven my desire to increase my positive rating by my timely payment record without one single glitch. I would appreciate being loaned at a much more reduced loan rate.
