We have recently stayed at the towers…

We have recently stayed at the towers hotel and spa for an Elvis tribute evening for a birthday celebration .
There were 8 of us. We arrived at 1pm and made our way to the restaurant for a meal.
When the food was brought out, a friend received the wrong meal to what she ordered which resulted in the rest of us eating while hers was corrected.
On paying for the bill (which was around £300) we were told firstly that the bill couldnt be split so each couple was able to pay for what they ordered, this was rectified but were told that there was an outstanding payment of £55 to be paid ! This payment was incorrect as after breaking it down with the staff at the bar, a payment of £55 was added in error , it was apparently a deposit for a table that was added on to our bill.
The room was very disappointing, bed leather on base of bed was all damaged, two large cracks in the sink in bathroom, numerous marks on the walls and a heavily stained carpet.
Evening meal which was included in our package was the worst we've ever had, we were the last table to be called up, we walked towards the serving table to find what was I can only explain as the leftovers. Not appetizing at all, then to find it was stone cold !
The Elvis tribute was amazing however and had it been not for him we'd have walked out!
I have photos and videos of the room if required.
Shocking ! Certainly not a luxury hotel as advertised

The Elvis tribute, he was absolutely amazing however but sadly this was the only positive of the whole stay

Shocking service

We paid up front for 7 rooms, most of them for a week, for a business collab week. Unfortunately due to sickness we requested to move them back by a few weeks and pay any extra due. The hotel flatly refused. They wouldn't do anything to help us whatsoever and their service has been shocking. A very short sighted move as we had been trying this out as a new location for frequent large scale business bookings. There are plenty of other great hotels in London that will appreciate your business more.

Very disappointed staying at Tower…

Very disappointed staying at Tower Hotel London after paying nearly £250 (room only) we found it very outdated but more importantly it was dirty, especially the bathroom.

This was reported to staff who were not interested in the slightest, I would definitely stay else where as a the hotel and rooms are desperate need of a refurbishment and general cleanliness was poor. (Shame you can't add photos)

Disappointing birthday.

It was my daughters birthday 17/3/24 we booked a two course meal each ,i ordered a prawn cocktail and lamb dinner, well for almost £6.for the starter it was almost a £1 a prawn with a little bit of sauce and a bit of lettuce put in for decoration, must say the veg with the dinner was nice but the lamb was like you would get from Iceland in a packet .
Pity really used to be really nice won't be rushing back any time soon.

Awful spa experience booked for family…

Awful spa experience booked for family for birthday and Mother’s Day me and my mum booked. A Scalp massage my mums was ok mine was another level . My head was literally scrubbed dry no oil with her fingernails for half hour to the point I really wanted to tell her to stop but felt a bit rude wish I had now the day after my head is raw didn’t sleep all night with it , I questioned her after it and asked why my mums was totally different said she forgot to add oil ??? So literally scrubbed dry . Awful
Experience ruined a girly day out also jacuzzi not working properly dirty towels and slippers just left around changing rooms not the cleanest lift not working properly had to walk up to spa they are aware of it they have offered me another treatment but three of us went together for the experience meaning someone will have to pay again to come back with me was told treatment should be the same as they are all trained the same but wasn’t the case literally feel awful today after it too sore to even brush my hair

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My partner and I attend spas once every few months to spend time together and relax. We have attended many spas in Wales at similar price as The Towers Spa and The Towers is a scam. They falsely advertise as a spa experience when in fact it is a very dirty public pool. The chill out room is in fact a very outdated basic room with calming music, however other guests are allowed to cackle as if they're down the pub therefore a falsely advertised chill out room. When I raised this issue with the staff we got dismissed completely. There is a sign in this false chill out room asking guests to be respectful of others and to keep noise to a minimum but staff are too scared to enforce this. The steam room doesn't work, the jacuzzi is freezing and the pool cold also. I receive more of a relaxing time at my local pool for £5 - this was £80 each and the place is disgusting. If you want a spa experience, this is NOT what you'll receive. There were guests listening to videos on their phones poolside also which the staff found acceptable. The place is grubby, smells awful, the food is disgusting, and the staff are lovely until you request a refund then they turn nasty. AVOID AVOID AVOID. False advertising a spa when in fact it's a very dirty chavvy public pool.
