The customer service was absolutely fantastic, and the benefits of having a card are absolutely fantastic especially at the moment when the cost of living and days out with the family can be a lot, it means my children can still enjoy fun family days out! Definitely worth investing in!

From applying to become a business offering a discount to being added to the website, Chris offers a super fast and smooth service. I recently needed to make a few amendments to my listing and that was dealt with in record time too.
Such a great idea also.

Excellent value cards which save you lots of money! Also love that the fact that you only need 1 per family rather than one each! I always recommend these to friends. Also if you have any issues I’ve always have a response very quickly.

We recently purchased the Days out In Sussex cards to re sell for the schools PTFA
They where very popular, hassle free ordering/delivery and we had a good return on them too.
The cars themselves can be used in a huge range of places and my card paid for itself on our first day out!

I had an issue when trying to use my Town City Card at a listed establishment. That evening I emailed Town City to explain the situation. Chris responded immediately - he was very helpful and informative. He updated me when he had further information regarding the issue and to my surprise sent me some complimentary cards for my friends and family to use. Considering they weren't at fault, this gesture just goes to show how valued I am as a customer.

We had a brilliant time in Hastings. The card was instantly recognised at the East Hill Lift and the discount was honoured. There are so many other attractions on the list that we can't wait to try! It's a great way to support local businesses and I definitely recommend this card to save yourself some money.

Sorry but any establishments that were accepting these cards were not advertising and every shop / venue we asked had never seen them before. Had a great time in Hastings nonetheless and if the money paid helps keep pirate weekend going, it was money well spent

Everytime we are in Hastings we grab this card. It helps to find great locations and enjoy the atmosphere in the town, getting to know people and save a lot of money with attractions. Simply the best. Love that local people really care about us visitors. A must have!

I have saved so much money with this discount card. i save every time i go out to eat at southside wrappers, xochipilli, italian way. I renew every year! :)

Update as at 19th March - received correspondence (but no refund as yet) from Chris at 1066Card, which was postmarked yesterday. Letter explains that the event has been cancelled (which the theatre announced today on Twitter and by email) and that a refund would be available by 24th. In addition, a complementary card was enclosed. Joined up notification by 1066Card would have been preferable, especially as the money was due to go to charity. However these are traumatic times and I have amended my review score accordingly. Take care one and all.

Purchased a commemorative Hastings card on 29th January and was told it would be available in March. Have just received an email from PayPal saying Town City Cards will refund my money on 24th March! Why?? Not a word of explanation or apology from the company itself. Poor!!
