I have never ever been treated this way that I was today. It’s totally out of order. Your behaviour was horrible. Never gonna buy from you again!!!! It’s not appropriate to reply the way you did today to a lojal customer. Shame on you.

Ordered a signed echo and the bunnymen deal, when order arrived none signed. Emailed company and was told did not order signed bundle, but on looking on website the only bundle available is the signed deal.
Awful customer service.

Appalling service, cancelling orders after delay after delay, and delivering orders without the stated signed extras. Due to already ordering, they have prevented purchasing Ltd. and signed editions that other sites have offered. Really good value for limited edition vinyl and their customer care is excellent.
