My item arrived badly dented on…
My item arrived badly dented on arrival. When contacting the company they were unsympathetic and lacked any form of empathy. The lady defended the company that she worked for or owned, I do not know which and made me feel very uncomfortable about receiving a £12 tin of polish in a flimsy jiffy bag with no protection. No wonder if was arrived battered and bruised. I don't like companies that charge the earth for postage and cut costs on packaging and then you receive an awful product and have to accept their dishonest way and overcharging of postage costs so they gain. I will not be shopping with them again merely due to the sheer rudeness and arrogance of their customer service department.
