Ordered a piano key for $28. It was cheap plastic and did not work. I am currently trying to get a refund but not holding my breath.
Awful with return. I ordered a wicker chair replacement “kit”. I’m not sure why it was called a kit- It was no kit- it was just the wicker. It did not match the color I needed so I planned on just sending it back for a refund. I got this email back when I inquired about returning:
“Thank you for your email. As per our return policy, please note returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee because we most likely cannot resell it as new after it is returned also this was shipped for free and it help us with a small part of the shipping and handling cost we used and you are responsible for return shipping. Please let us know if you like to return this and we will put in a return request for you”.
I never opened the bag so they absolutely can resell it as new! It was just the wrong color (which I couldn’t have known from the online image).
Also it came in an Amazon box but is not in my orders from Amazon for a return or refund. So strange!!
What a rip off, I don’t mind paying for the shipping but a restocking fee because they “most likely” can’t sell it as new?? They didn’t even ask if I had opened it.
I suspect this business is not really in the business of selling products but may be fishing for financial information. I ordered something and while I waited for the shipping notification I took a closer look at the products they show on their website. Something about their mix of products just looks like they might be stock photos and not real inventory. After a few days I was told my item was out of stock, which didn’t surprise me because the only reason I ordered from them was because the legit businesses I tried were out. I don’t think they really had it. Since then I’ve noticed this company comes up on a lot of searches for a wide variety of merchandise. Too wide a variety, unless they are Amazon of Walmart. Just sayin’
I happened to cancel my credit card the day after ordering for other reasons, so I have no way of knowing if my data was compromised. Bottom line, don’t count on getting what you order.
