This is the First time I have used this company. A 1 service and despatch. The delivery box was very battered on delivery, but that is EVRI fault not Toydip's. Lucky the toy was not damaged. 5 stars all-round. Good prices too.

I was skeptical at first having not heard of the company coupled with only a handful of reviews and the item i wanted being a ridiculously good price!
My fears were for nothing as it was delivered in 3 days and im happy to have my item! thanks alot guys.

Avoid - Poor service
Ordered an item with next day delivery, didn't hear anything from them for over a week, tried calling and emailing (even to their parent company) and only response I got was an email saying doe to a technical glitch the order had not been processed and the item was now out of stock and my money refunded, 4 days before Christmas.
Their 0843 customer service line is a premium rate number (which they never answer and goes to a normal mobile answering machine) and after leaving 5 messages I ended up with a £6 phone bill.
So basically no next day delivery, no toy 4 days before Christmas and a £6 phone bill just for trying to reach them.
I'd recommend avoiding them & definitely never call them.

Very good prices
Very good prices. I am always a little sceptical when buying toys online. They are UK based and reply to your emails. I had to return items due to someone else buying them for the children. The returns process was straight forward and returns were free which I didn't expect. Wendy was very helpful. I would recommend this online toy company.
