Another positive experience with Simon Price
Another positive experience with Simon Price of Toynbee Associates (previously of Price Partnership). Simon has carried out several surveys for me since 2019, has advised on other property-related matters, and recently saved me from a potentially catastrophic property purchase. He identified a noise issue of which I was unaware despite having visited the property twice. This saved me a very costly mistake, and shows the importance of a survey even when the property is already known to the potential buyer.
To feel safe and reassured re. anything property-related is so precious in this increasingly unpredictable world. Simon is a true professional and his surveys are wide-ranging and incredibly precise. Office Manager Jess has also been wonderful – proactive and always one step ahead (not to mention incredibly nice!). Victoria too, who helped me previously, was also fantastic. Thank you to all the team and I will certainly recommend your services whenever I can.
