My second visit to attend a meeting was as enjoyable as the first. The Hall was beautifully maintained, clearly signposted, and kept immaculately clean throughout. A bonus was the friendly reception host who made eye contact, offered to accompany visitors to the room they needed and started and ended the communication with "Welcome to Toynbee Hall" and "I hope you enjoy your visit".
