The whole experience was awful

The whole experience was awful. First package came in destroyed and missing parts from the hole in the box. By the time they sent the missing parts, it was delayed and got to me after my appointment date with the mechanic so I had to go to a local dealer to buy parts. And to return the parts I had was a hassle in itself overall horrible experience. Customer service was slow

Shit company

Shit company, sent wrong part now I’m playing their stupid games. I’m just having my credit card company cancel their charge. Sent me the wrong part and have to do their send pictures bs emails. ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered the wrong part and mistakenly…

I ordered the wrong part and mistakenly opened the little plastic package, to see that it was wrong. Therefore, no return for me. I guess that they can't put it into another package and still sell it? I'm out $50! End of story. I don't recommend this company. They're weak!

Ordered a mirror they sent me an open…

Ordered a mirror they sent me an open box with a black unit not gray per part number and description online, I requested an RMA, after sending pictures multi times I got the RMA that stated I no longer wanted the part so I am on the hook for the restocking and shipping when it was their fault. They try to run down so you do not return items regardless if it was their fault. Avoid these folks.

Customer services: zero star

After several emails and 10 days after they received the returned parts, they still refuse to issue my refund.

Won't take unopened product return

I accidentally ordered a replacement seat belt for the wrong side and, despite the fact that the package was unopened, they would not take it back. Extremely frustrating!

I recommend a competitor that's more accommodating.

Refused to help without shipping label

Purchased a Tacoma roof rack. Box came damaged and I thought one bolt, which holds on the swing arm, was missing. It is a specialty bolt - can't just find it at the Depot.
So I started an RMA, but toyotapartsdeal insisted on me sending them a picture of some label on the shipping box. I had already destroyed the box, so didn't have it to send and they refused to help me. Frustrating. Turns out I was wrong, the bolt *was* there, but still frustrated at this seller for refusing to help. The box *was* damaged, leading me to believe the bolt fell out.

Returned a part over 19 days ago and…

Returned a part over 19 days ago and still no refund. They told me several times that I would receive an email update within 10 minutes, that was two weeks ago, do not do business with this company, no accountability and customer service is a joke. Don’t waste your money, go to Olathe Parts instead and be treated respectfully and get exactly what they tell you your getting.

BAD SERVICE…

i mistakenly ordered the wrong spark plugs. I knew this was a non-return item. I tried to cancel the order the next day and was told to wait until I received my order and get an RMA from the. % days later I received my order. Asked for the RMA and was told cannot return this, its policy. I explained what happened, but nothing.
Dont trust them!

WORST PLACE TO BUY PARTS

"I ordered parts from them on 3/2/23. Processing took 8 days. It was delivered on 3/13/23. I took a video of opening the box and had part of my shipment missing. It’s now 3/15/23 and it’s been two days since I told them about what was missing. They told me they are still reviewing my claim. I don’t understand why. I sent them a video of me opening the box. It’s now been a total of 13 days and still don’t have all the parts to do the job. It’s probably going to be 20-30 days before I can get what I ordered. I learned my lesson from buying parts from someone else. After researching this company, they changed their online name to the company it is now. Maybe with all the bad reviews they had no choice. You would think they would do better. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare. Buyer beware."
