I placed an order over two weeks ago, and it has still not been shipped.

I have contacted various representatives at the call center in India, and while they promised to follow up on my concerns, I have consistently received vague responses. Whenever they indicate they will follow up on my case, I never hear back from them.

I have now called again to cancel my order and was informed that it had indeed been canceled. However, I have yet to receive any confirmation of this cancellation. I was told that my case manager Donvio would reach out to me, and when he did I was informed it would take 3-5 working days before my refund was back in my account. That was informed by him on Dec. 5th.

After 7 days I still couldn't see my refund, On Dec 12th I wrote back to Donvio asking of my refund, and he wrote back informing me it would take another 3-5 days before I see it in my bank account since the refund was authorized on Dec 12th.

Before writing this review I tried to call them again , but I am being cut off when waiting to come through.

My experience with this company has been very disappointing, and I do not wish to deal with them again. It gives the impression that the business is unprofessional and lacking in reliability.

Until I receive confirmation of my refund, I will maintain this review.

For other planning to buy your birthday or x-mas gifts, stay away from this company.

Everything in accordance with expectations.
