First purchase from here and to say i was impressed was an understatement. A lot cheaper for my figures than i would have bought anywhere on the high street or online. Shipping was a bit pricey and if not buying multiple figures it probably isnt worth it but apart from that everything else was good.

Insane postage
Honestly.. It's my fault for not looking.. Their fault. For Being scummy.
Charging almost the cost of the item (£9) for postage.. For something smaller than your hand... And not even next day delivery.

Ordered In Stock items, was contacted prior to shipping to ask if I still wanted the last item as the box had some damage. Order was shipped quickly after I confirmed yes. Also received a free tote bag as a gesture of goodwill, great experience.

Not a great first impression
I ordered gunpla from this company based on the fact that they were the only place to have the particular kit I was after in stock.
I paid £16 for the kit, which was reasonable. They then asked for £8 for delivery, to a UK mainland address. A bit steep in my view, but I assumed it would be here pretty fast for that amount, so went ahead.
After taking two days to actually package and ship the order, Royal Fail took another 3 days to deliver it. When it finally arrived, it had a standard post office 48 hour second class package price on it of £3.59. It was poorly packaged in a simple box, no padding, with a handwritten name on it.
I emailed Toysforest, explaining I paid £8 shipping but it took ages for me to receive it and they’d massively overcharged me compared to what they had paid.
They were not interested, stating it’s their standard postage price and includes their own ‘handling and admin fees’. They did encourage me to order again, with the promise of receiving a ‘special surprise’. I didn’t bother…
