A great company with superb service.
The toy dinosaur we bought for our grandson broke after a couple days. Got in touch and without any fuss, a replacement was sent out. We are so impressed with this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

I'm sorry that you did not get the chases you were hoping for. There is a 1 in 6 chance of any customer receiving a rare chase in a Funko Soda.
Just as we did when we replied to your email, I can assure you that we never re-seal any of our products. All of our products are brand new and unopened. We certainly wouldn't have 5 stars on Trustpilot if this was the case.
I can see that you have a history of leaving negative reviews when you purchase chance items and do not get the desired result. I understand that this can be disappointing, but to blame a small business such as ourselves seems unfair. I wish you better luck in the future.

Great Find
I recently bought a mix of Funkos and a game from here for the first time, after finding the website by chance, and I was very pleased. They have a great selection of Funko pop vinyls, some of which are at a really good reduced price too. My order arrived within a couple of days and everything was well protected in the box. Very glad I came across them, and I will definitely be using this site again as one of my sources for Funkos!
