Great work!

Love the designs and drops I've witnessed so far. My order showed up during the window that was listed and far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

The best shirts from a great company!

I’ve been ordering shirts from ToySnobs for a few years now and honestly love what they do for collectors and fans like us. Their preorder model allows them to create unique, niche designs without overproducing inventory, which is something I really respect as a customer.

A lot of the negative reviews seem to come from people not understanding that these items are made after the preorder window closes. If you take a minute to read the product details and understand the process, the wait makes complete sense.

In my experience, the quality has been great and the designs are always conversation starters. If you’re patient and understand you’re ordering specialty preorder gear—not Amazon-style overnight shipping—you’ll probably be really happy with what you get.

The quality is unmatched, customer service is always amazing, and I genuinely appreciate the honesty and transparency every single time. One of my absolute favorite shops to support!

Had to cancel order after waiting more than 3 months

I've been waiting over 3 months for my order and finally had to cancel. Probablly should have read the reviews before ordering. I suspect this is a fake/fraudulent company based on the comments of their IG account which has now been disabled. Buyers beware.

This review is 100% fake. We have zero orders, cancellations, or any record of this person in our system. We are a 100% real business and have been operating for years with thousands of fulfilled orders. We’re also not sure what Instagram account this person is even referring to.

Toy SNOBS is right!!!

After reading that my order would take 10-12 weeks (after pre orders) I asked to cancel my order and mentioned "I've never seen a wait time this long for ordering online", I received an email back: "we'd appreciate it if you didn't tell us how to run our business, we've been operating for 10 years, etc". "You obviously didn't read our guidelines". Yea, it's my bad for not catching the 3-4 month wait time, but to fire back insults and just plain rudeness was something I've. never experienced in a business.

You literally admitted yourself that you didn’t read the preorder timeframe, yet somehow we’re the bad guys for pointing out that the information was clearly there before checkout. Nobody “insulted” you. We responded to someone questioning why we run preorders the way we do after already agreeing to the terms when purchasing.

Not every business operates like Amazon with endless warehouse stock sitting ready to ship. Limited preorder collectible brands exist specifically because products are made after orders are placed. That’s how countless independent brands, toy companies, and collectible companies operate.

Also, asking not to be told how to run a business we’ve successfully operated for 10 years isn’t “firing back insults.” It’s just reality. Your order was refunded, so there was never really an issue beyond you not liking the preorder model after the fact.

DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME!

Garbage company do not purchase, worst customer service ever!!!!! They do not respond appropriately or professionally to emails. Canceled my order because of the communication response. When I did get a response it was arrogant and ignorant. All I wanted was an update to my order which was 4 months ago.

There’s always two sides to a story. You placed a preorder and unfortunately didn’t read the disclaimer that clearly outlines the production timeline. About four months in, you requested a refund — which we processed for you.

You weren’t “ignored,” you just didn’t like the response you received. We’re a small team and we’re direct with our communication — not scripted.

If we were truly what you’re claiming, we wouldn’t have the amount of people consistently supporting us and loving our products.

Completely ripped off

Completely ripped off. Order in December. No contact, no response to several emails. Eventually said they missed the order after months of trying to contact. Said it would ship end of feb, didn't actually get a ups label until the end of march. Since then, ups says its not even been dropped with them. Absolute scam. Now ignored about 10 emails, said they'd look into it on Instagram, no response. Deleting all my comments on their page, still, though. Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. Wouldn't even wear the tshirt if it came now, such terrible service.

Update: they freaked out on Instagram, called me a clown, and said they'd refund. Blocked me on everything. Raised it through MasterCard because i didnt believe them. Got my refund this morning, which proves they DIDN'T even ship it in March when they made the UPS label.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

I have screenshots of the owner of this business telling me to f off and calling me a clown. I tried contacting them repeatedly for months with no response, so i DID comment on their Instagram, saying I had felt ripped off and the item hadn't shipped. They said they would look into it and then didn't respond again. I never received ANY updates and when the preorder says it'll ship in 6 to 8 weeks, it was ordered in December and hadn't had any details about shipping until the end of March. In a response to an email they said they missed my order entirely too, so that's great service. There was never any updates on delays, and the communication was extremely poor. Good luck to the people who buy from you, because the reviews here and telling a very different story, same with the commenters on your social media. Avoid.

There’s a lot being said here, but not all of it is accurate. First off — no one “freaked out.” We actually held back from escalating things further and kept it as professional as possible on our end.

Your order was a preorder, which comes with a clearly stated production timeline. Delays can happen, and we communicated when we had updates. A label being created does not always mean immediate drop-off — that’s part of the fulfillment process.

You reached out multiple times across different platforms, and we did respond — including letting you know we’d look into it. At that point, instead of allowing us time to resolve it, you escalated the situation publicly and through a chargeback.

We still issued the refund. That’s not something a “scam” company does — that’s a company resolving the situation.

There are always two sides to a story. If what you’re claiming was the full picture, we wouldn’t have the continued support from thousands of customers who receive and love what we create.

Never preorder from this company

I pre ordered action figures in November said they would be available in may. It’s end of July and still nothing. I messaged them a few times and no response then they post a pic of them selling the figures at a Florida con but couldn’t give me a eta when I pre ordered them. As of today still no response. They have good products but they do not care about customer service. I stopped recommending them and am currently in talk with my bank to remove the charges. I highly recommend to never preorder with them. I’m a small brand of 1 person and no matter what I still have time to answer customer’s concerns.

There’s a bit more to this than what you’re saying. Preorders come with timelines, and like we’ve said before, those timelines can shift — especially with toys and production overseas.

The figures you saw at a con weren’t pulled from preorder stock — completely separate inventory. That happens more often than you’d think.

As for being a “one person brand” — that’s great, but different scale, different process. We’re juggling production, fulfillment, and thousands of orders, not just answering messages all day.

We’re not ignoring you — you just didn’t like the pace or the answer.
