I would really like to leave a review for ToysOneJapan because they honestly deserve it.

From the very beginning, they were extremely kind with me. They took the time to explain everything clearly, including how customs in Italy might work and that I could be asked to pay a fee when importing One Piece booster boxes. I really appreciated this kind of transparency.

The package arrived in Italy without any issue, and it was packed in an incredibly careful way, really the Japanese way of taking care of things.

It was shipped with FedEx, so I could track it perfectly all the way until delivery. Everything was protected in the best possible way, and on top of that, they even included two 3rd Anniversary One Piece cards as a gift, which was such a nice surprise.

What I liked the most was that they continued to support me even after the delivery. They always replied fast, always in a very polite and human way.

You can feel they genuinely care about their customers, not only about making a sale.
For me, they are one of the best sellers I’ve ever dealt with online. Reliable, kind, and really professional. I truly recommend them to anyone.

I’m ordering from Toysonejapan for the second time now, and everything has been perfect both times. The items are packed incredibly well, not a single box was even slightly dented. All products are original, and they have a great selection. Customer support replies quickly and is always polite and helpful. The website is pleasant and easy to use, although I do miss having a “favorites” feature to save items I like 😉

They also offer preorders, which is a nice bonus I used that with my first order and received the model shortly after release.
During my second order I was initially worried when I saw they had changed the shipping method, but it turned out they knew exactly what they were doing: the parcel arrived quickly and I paid almost nothing in customs fees.

Thanks to Toysonejapan I keep enjoying my new hobby (building model kits) and I’m sure I’ll be placing more orders in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. They shipped my order with FedEx but did not cover the FedEx fees, even though I already paid for shipping at checkout. As a result, I had to pay the FedEx charges myself, which the shop should have handled.

On top of that, they do not respond to emails at all, so there is no customer support if something goes wrong.

Be careful when ordering from this shop — you may end up paying unexpected extra costs, and you shouldn’t expect any help from their customer service.

Product is perfect. I was sceptical how long it will take to deliver from JP to Switzerland but once prepared i was blown away… express shipment, great product, great price and great first experience. I will buy here again and can recommend this store to everyone!
