Slow delivery and sent a cheap, inferior version ("chess magnetic game") of the item I actually ordered ("No stress chess"). No response to my email of complaint as yet. Strongly advise other to avoid this outfit. They are untrustworthy and/or incompetent.

Great product, arrived as expected, plenty of delivery/dispatch updates

it was clear and easy to get the product. I just needed more updates about the delivery process. the email gave a li9nk but would be better to have the delivery status in the email

They are not legitimate.

I ordered two toys and they never arrived.
They won’t respond to email and there is no telephone number. They are scammers.
I will report them now to the ACM consumer authority.

It arrived in good time and TOYSTAR answered all my queries. Its a good product and good service

Quick delivery

I bought this watch so I could always track my child's location, and I don't know if he'll wear it because he doesn't like extra weight on his hands. But it's so light. It's so comfortable and the design is great. Mark is happy.

Brought a Unicorn toy for my granddaughter which was supposed to walk ( it doesn't) reported it, they offered 20% refund & keep it, why would my granddaughter want it if its not working.
I have returned it at my expense.

Never order anything from this company! Absolutely scam! Ordered two smart watches for my children 27.09.2025 and paid 169 euros! The order never arrived, no one answers the email!

I ordered a toy on the 8 th of October I still haven’t got an email saying it has been dispatched,I emailed them and still haven’t got a reply

Proving a difficult company to deal with - the telephone number does not ring through and they do not respond to emails - well , so far.
Apparently the toy we ordered is on its way - i am not hopeful

I mistakenly purchased from them and the purchase added +1 item in it. I contacted them via email but never got a response. Not even in spam. Their phone number is invalid. Later I came to know that the supplier is sitting in China instead of the Netherlands, while the website had a Dutch domain. Total SCAM from these liars. I will post another review if I receive the package. Waste of time and money so far!

Totally a scam. Never got my order. Next week will be one month since my order.

Lack of service, no store, no real contact info

All the marketing it’s well set up but the reality is that there is not official store in Nederland everything come from China.

I have almost three weeks waiting and counting without answer.

SCAM Company!

Ordered an item and 5 minutes later I realized its a dupe and not original hot wheel toy: I immediately asked to cancel, of course no reply, I try calling but number isnt working.
saw these reviews here and panicked but it was too late.
2 days later they email me and say that their system is so fast that they cant cancel my order and refund me, it has been a month and their fast system hasnt shipped anything.

I will file a police report and also report them to KVK, this shouldnt be acceptable! No one has good experience with them!

Terrible company. They represent themselves as Dutch company but all the orders are actually coming from China. I ordered dancing platform for my daughter as Christmas present. After few weeks shipment arrived from China after Christmas so I had to by my daughter new present. Platform arrived with DVD disc to to transfer game app on your computer?!? Who is using disc in 2025?!? On the manual is stated that if we are not able to transfer game app because we don't use disc ports anymore we contact the company to provide us game app via email. TOYSTAR.NL replied that they don't know what are we talking about and that they cannot help us. When we asked for a refund and return they told us that we need to ship toy all the way back to China. When we refused to do that they offered us 30% of value and to keep the toy.We refused that and since then they don't reply to us so they didn't gave us no return or refund. They basically stole our money. To all people to be known that this company is stealing and cheating their clients
