Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Not a great company to order from at all. I only ordered from them once and it was a huge mistake.

They refuse to refund an order I cancelled even though it was less than 24 hours and not even shipped/packed. They even charged my card for two different, unauthorized, amounts. Pretty shady.

They stated that they ARE able to cancel the pre-order but refuse to give me back my money. What type of logic is that?

I will never do business with them again and will let everyone know they are a rip off.

What a bad way to run a business.
