We had a very helpful discussion with Richard. He took the time to understand our situation and needs, particularly focusing on pension savings. We found Rob to be incredibly patient, taking everything at our pace and never once coming across as pushy or salesy. He’s always available for a chat and was amazingly flexible around our frankly ridiculous work schedule.
