Went on-line to book two face painting slots at an event. Selected the Standard option as VIP at £15 seemed expensive when it would be on for a day! However, VIP does look amazing:)

At payment on-line it said there was a delivery charged which seemed totally unnecessary. Immediately went on to live chat and Alex confirmed it was an error on the website that they were aware of. I could pay and be refunded, which I wasn't keen on, and then within a minute I was given a free delivery promo code.

I wish I booked another face painting slot for myself. A much appreciated polite and efficient service.

The costumes arrived really quickly and were exactly what we wanted and expected.

The sizes were correctly stated anD although we thought one might be a bit too grown up the child version of the costume had a slightly 'warmer' tone and softer side, so they are more child friendly.

I took a chance with this costume as I am a 19.1/2 stone ex rugby player. Impossible to get into it on my own, but managed with the help of my wife with no burst zips. Created a huge impact at the beer festival, everybody thought it was hilarious if not a little shocking to the ladies as it leaves nothing to the imagination because of the tightness. My friends said it was the best £40 I'd ever spent through tears of laughter. You have to be brave!!!

Ordered a couple of carnival costumes for an Olympics party and they looked great. The dress was a little large but wore with a belt and my husbands costume fitted perfectly. Many thanks

I would highly recommend Tickled Pink as they have a huge range of costumes to suit all ages and all budgets. We ordered a Harry Potter kit and a Where's Wally costume both were perfect and arrived in perfect condition. Fancy dress can cost a small fortune especially when you have more than one child to buy costumes for but I have to say that Tickled Pink's products are great quality and at affordable prices. Delivery is really quick and I was ecstatic when my costumes arrived in time for our event.

I needed a couple of costumes quickly, and googled an olympic theme...and found this company. I had a problem checking out as a guest so rang up, and found an extremely helpful and friendly lady on the other end of the phone, who sorted out the order over the phone and the items arrived the next day even though I didnt pay for next day delivery - very impressed. The quality wasnt tip top but was precisely as expected for what I paid, and the outfits (Rumba carnival for man and women) fitted pretty well.
