What went right:

One of my worst online purchase…
One of my worst online purchase experiences. Bought a product first week of Feb 2026, arrived damaged, raised a return request. Took a week, now it’s March 26, they are yet to ship the replacement, nor have they refunded. This one experience is enough to see how they will handle post sales service as well. Hence AVOID this seller

Exceptional Service and Genuine Products - Highly Recommended!
I have placed two seperate orders with tpstech.in recently, and the experience was phenomenal.
My first purchase was a laptop battery, and I followed that up with a second order for another battery and a charger for my laptop. In both instances, the products were 100% original and were working perfectly.
After I placed my order, the team reached out to me personally to ask for details about my old battery. This extra step ensured I received the exact compatible part and saved me from the headache of a potential return. This IMO no one does it.
Where there was a delay in shipping, the support was incredibly helpful. When I contacted them they pushed their internal team to prioritise my order and got it shipped out quickly the very next day even though it was a holiday (25-12-2025). THIS IS INSANE.
I will definitely be returning for any future tech needs.

Guys beware from TPSTECH Aka The Peripheral Store
Guys beware, a fully scam site. Already lost my 12200 rs and now I am trying my best to get back.
On 6th of December had purchased a internel hard drive for my office pc but these clowns sent me a very old scratched hdd which is of my no use at all and top of that no invoice and nothing was there inside the delivered box. Then on the next day they sent me an invoice to make the total transaction genuine..
As had opened the box and though had opening video which I sent them on the very delivery day but yet they deny to every other way possible.
Very important to note avoid them at all cost, as after contacting them several times now they don't want to support at all which made me believe that they have done it intentionally to make the scam happen because on their site I haven't found any serial number of the hard drive if really they had shipped.
Pathetic service I have received.
I am in the process to file a report at Bengaluru cyber crime police to sort this matter but have little hope although I will try my best to get my money back.
Only last suggestion beware and avoid them.

This company replied on this review to show their care towards customer, so I replied them back on 22nd but to my Surprise they never replied back, an utterly disrespectful manner and the behavior towards customer at this point.
--> Just only my last suggestion avoid them when you are dealing them online, as after I researching on various platforms found they got absolute 1 star as most of the review were telling them as cheaters.
#update: on 24th of Jan, the company marked my review as defamatory, which thankfully trustpilot team determined as no defamatory, as it was. Thank you trustpilot, your commitment towards consumer is always trustworthy and proved the same again.

We have been in contact with you through our support and confirm that we have not received required raw unboxing video where we could validate our packing & product standards. The video you shared is when the box was already opened and packing unsecured. In such cases, we are unable to process your claim for refund. In absence of required evidence it is extremely difficult to what could have gone wrong here.
We have 3 support tickets with 10 recorded message exchanges in tickets with us, besides support calls and WhatsApp. We will continue to support you - we are committed to it. However, please understand that we depend a lot on you and our logistic partners for things that can go wrong once an order leaves our warehouse. Our documented policies - share on emails and website provide good guidance.
Please do reach out to us the moment you have required evidence to support your claim; we will do our best - even though we usually get only 30 days from logistic partners to submit a claim of delivering a tampered packet.
Lots of products listed but SCAM
They have a good site with lots of products listed. I wanted to buy stuff and went through mixed reviews all around. Then i added a 10TB Toshibha Hard disk to my cart at price (INR25,250/-). Then I opened chat to their support to discuss shipping and local availability. He confirmed and asked me to place order and pay the amount. I went to checkout and boom, price was changed to INR30,999/- just before making the payment. This validates all the scam reports. Try to stick with Trusted sellers on Amazon or best thing to visit a store near you to buy.

Sir - Thank you for sharing your experience. While we are not validating specific instance, in general, the storage industry has been running super volatile and dynamic for last 40 days or so. The prices are changing frequently and that adds to not just our operational overhead, but - we agree - in some cases can deteriorate customer experience too.
That being said, it cannot be the basis of putting allegations of any kind of scam, once you are aware of the context.
