Still waiting 141 days for my order-…

Still waiting 141 days for my order- Exactly 4 months & 19 days!
Their customer service is auto generated robo replies.

After months of trying to locate my I order they notified me that it was shipped & gave me a tracking # Dec 30.
Unfortunately from the tracking # it documents that only a shipping label was generated on that day, preshipment & USPS waiting to receive it.
Weekly inquires about when they will ship only gets auto generated responses that order has been fulfilled & shipped. 46 days the tracking# shows the order still in preshipment phase. No end in sight but they're still advertising same shirts for sale.

They also have not replied to numerous Better Business Bureau inquires made while investigating my complaint. I gave TPUSA headquarters address on Beverly, in Phoenix AZ. TPUSA is not a BBB company.

No happy with buying merch from TPUSA

No happy with buying merch from TPUSA. So sorry about loss of Charlie. I ordered t-shirt in early September. Their website says in stock. I emailed about status after 4 weeks and got response it will take up to 12 weeks to ship. After 14 weeks, I emailed and requested status. Next day I get email saying shipped and a USPS tracking number was provided. After 19 days, USPS says package not picked up at TPUSA yet. It has been sitting in shipping for 3 weeks and no movement. I’ll be lucky if tshirt comes before Spring Break. Their customer service sends auto emails with no direct response just a request to be patient. After 4 months and $40 paid to TPUSA, I would like a real shipment or immediate refund.
