I had been searching the web for a more bespoke drinks trolley for a birthday gift and came across one offered by Tracey Jane. Unfortunately though I needed TraceyJane to meet a tight delivery schedule to ensure I had it prior the birthday. I have to say the service was superb with me receiving my order in a very timely fashion, it was very well packaged and I was kept up-to date by email throughout the process.

Excellent service. I found Tracey Jane by accident whilst surfing the net after being let down by another supplier. I found exactly what I was looking for, in fact better than the original one I’d planned. Dealing with Tracey Jane was a pleasure and I eventually got my Deer head sent all the way to the UAE. I wanted an Antique silver heart mirrored tealight lantern holder, most places were out of stock so I emailed Tracey Jane, they replied straight away advising me they had 2 in stock, I was able to pay immediately by PayPal and the item was sent out that day. I received it 2 days later - I am over the moon with my purchase. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Cannot recommend this company enough!

We were in the process of relocating to Lowestoft and saw the perfect planter for our new garden. We contacted Tracey and explained we were a way off moving but she said it was not a problem and she would put it aside until we moved, it's now planted and in our garden😊Their shop is definitely somewhere you'll find something you want, we keep finding things! Only last week in shut down we found a lovely Pinocchio that would sit on our bookcase. Once again I ordered and said to Tracey we'd collect whenever was suitable for her, she explained they would be in the shop later that day and could drop it off on the way home as we were just round the corner. Great customer service and a real aladdins cave, I doubt you wouldn't find at least one thing you'd like for your home or garden and perfect for gifts, we'll definitely be returning again and again.

We ordered two mirrors and another item. They were delivered within a couple of days and I'm pleased to say that they all arrived in good condition as they were excellently packaged.

I ordered a beautiful bowl on the Tracey Jane website. Unfortunately they didn’t have the colour I ordered. So they offered me a discount on the one they had left. I ordered the one they offered me. I was really worried it would arrive in pieces and was hesitant to open it, but it was packaged so well and arrived in one piece!
Excellent customer service and they go that extra mile for you. I’ll be back, already spotted something else I like..........

quick to answer a question i had about an item,even sent me a picture of clock in situ-said it would arrive within 3 days and very pleased to say it did,well packed and love my new clock- AND it was £25 cheaper than another company i had originally seen the clock on! will def' use again
