DPD continue to be the worst delivery service to my address bar none. Everyone else can deliver, everyone, not DPD. Intercom doorbell goes, pressed open door button, nothing. Intercom went again, pressed open door button, nothing. Put shoes on, went to look for parcel, nowhere to be found. Check online link for it- photo of a bin indicating the driver put it in the bin. Should give it two stars really because DPD usually lie about attempting delivery and make me pick it up from miles away a few days later. Having DPD put it in the bin is a DPD upgrade.

Too bad the package was very late. DPD always makes problems like this. It's so bad it made me stressed.

Sent me an email to say 'sorry we missed you' without attempting delivery. I would understand if there was an issue and they were honest about it but don't lie to the customer.

Tracking ??? No its not !! Only information on parcel was " We have your parcel in transit " I paid for next day delivery but looks likely to be a week before it is delivered.

utterly appalling company. Twice now I have had cold storage medication from asda pharmacy delayed. They give you a slot of 7am to 10 pm, which is ridiculous alone and then don't deliver. £150 of medication I will now refused to accept. Because of this appalling delivery company

Woeful service.
Parcel from EE was due to be delivered yesterday (Monday) driver needed pin code upon delivery. Driver goes to wrong address where clearly the resident did not have any code. Driver then returns parcel to depot. This has left us without our item, wasted our time all afternoon waiting for the parcel to never arrive. Broken promises from DPD so called Help desk. Is it too much to ask that a company that delivers does just that?
Run a delivery service...couldn't run a bath!
