Been trying to contact mypcbackup by email several times and get no response. They don't have a phone number for customer service. They are a rip off. I paid $390. and now they changed my order to $533.14. BBB needs to take a look at this!

Taking money from my disabled 83 yr old parents bank account , who don’t even own a computer , Emailed several times with no reply back .Have now taken this further with the banks .Disgraceful behaviour

I did use their service for a year and it did work. I tried to cancel but an automatic payment was made late so I paid for a second year. Cancelled the auto payment and now 3 years later they are still bothering me. I tried the email address for cancellations and they are ignoring my request and still offering me discounts instead.

They are thieves, avoid like the plague! Took money from my PayPal after I cancelled.
I cancelled because When I did need to back up my files there was a problem with their storage and backups and they couldn't find my files.

Habe vor 3 Jahren mir My PC Backup eingefangen, Auch zwei Jahre lang bezahlt. Kann nur davor warnen. Auch nach bestätigter Kündigung und definitiver Löschung des Programms vom PC kommen E-Mails mit dem Inhalt, dass man jetzt Premium-Kunde sei,
Für Fragen zur Rechnung wird man an ein Call-Center in Indien weitergeleitet. Auch als Frau mit Englisch-Studium, zahlreichen langen Aufenthalten in USA und UK sowie reichlich Erfahrung mit indischen Geschäftspartnern, konnte ich die Mitarbeiterin absolut nicht verstehen.
E-Mails an die Buchhaltung werden nicht gelesen sondern mit Antworten vom Sales-Department beantwortet, die pauschal einen neuen Abschluss vorschlagen

I was a paying PC Backup client for two years. My experiences with this company make me warn everybody to work with them.
Even after confirmed cancellation of the contract with them you get emails saying that you are premium client.
When you phone them regarding a billing question you get transferred to a call center in India. The lady there spoke with such a heavy Indian accent that it was impossible for me to understand her, although I spent a lot of time in the US and in UK and do have experience with colleagues in India.
My emails were not read by the billing department but answered with standard emails form the sales department, asking me to come back as customer.

Impossible to get off their mailing list - Got it by installing Speed up My Pc from Uniblue, and since then they constantly are trying to sell me their product.
