Incompetent service with usless coverage that never works. They promise you can know where you pet is but even after contacting trckactive I can’t get any signal after two days

Chat we can’t I just pay my expenses subscription when my cat gets lost. Like it’s really expensive but not necessary like have the time. This is as stupid as car insurance. GRIOWWLLSIIFKAHVI

Try communicating with your customers. Track active communication with their customers. As far as I can tell is non existed. If anybody knows how to contact me, please let me know all I want to do is switch out an old one for a new 1.

im having the same problem it not charging and telling me there is no internet im wasting my time trying to understand the tracker then trying to train my dog. dont waste your money. its a shame the world rips people off and no its not that i dont understand what im doing its the unit DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I have two dogs, both have track active units.
I wasted my money buying these things.
they never work when you need them.
I would leave no stars for this company if possible, every time I lose my dog, she likes to run. I pull up the App and guess what you have no Internet connection, funny thing is I do. and I can even surf the net no issue. So 1 the App is useless, 2 try and login to there web site on a PC guess what? that's right looks like you are using the wrong email address. hmm funny thing is it worked yesterday, will probably work tomorrow, but the day after, it will probably not work again.


Conclusion: you spend a lot of money up front for a
system that is needed sometimes not all the times
and it never works. save your MONEY buy something
else.

As a GPS tracker this is fantastic as an activity tracker it's absolutely beyond rubbish.
Start off she doesn't really monitor anything it monitors have long your dog has been moving for but not the quality of exercise i.e. if a dog is walking slowly on a leave for 10 minutes it will register exactly the same amount as if the dog have been writing around like a lunatic.
So the calorie consumption is not really accurate at all.
Also the sinking via Bluetooth from the the monitor to the phone is a paid how can it say my truck activities not anywhere near when I've got the device in one hand and the phone in the other.
Have to constantly be recharging the battery though to be fair I was doing that with just the GPS tracker anyway.
The GPS tracker is brilliant but I really regret paying the extra to have the one with the activities monitor complete and absolute waste of time

Bought the product with a 1 year Premium subscription. Got the device went to activate code , said I needed to pay for the subscription again! I have proof and receipt showing it was already paid for! Company is refusing to give me back my money, and they dont answer emails, and have NO actual phone number.

TrackActive is very easy to use. I can create my own exercises and templates quickly. This exercise prescription software is just what I am looking for!

TrackActive is very instinctive to use and easy to start with. Patients give excellent feedbacks about the app so, it have been really profitable for my clinic!
