This service is a total scam. Please avoid it. They cannot and will not offer you any service. They will take £1 off you and subsequently take another £24.90. Be careful and never deal with this company.

I tracked a parcel. They asked me for 1£, now 1 month later they charged me 24.90£ from my account. Why the fuk they are still here and nobody does something 😡😡😡😡

Less than 1 star they ask you for £1 and continue to charge £24.90 each month, yet couldn’t even give me tracking info and never received parcel - double scam

I used them to track my parcel & paid 1 pound about 2/3 weeks ago but this Morning I got charged 24.90 from my card. I phoned my bank and told them to cancel this. This is big scam company. Please dont use them !

Big scam charge you £1 then days later take £25 each month. X x never ever use xx

I wouldn’t even give a star if I had a choice!!! Like everyone else I paid a pound then 2 day’s later £24.90 has been taken from my account.. only thing I can say is after calling the bank and blocking further payments I emailed trackerly demanding a refund and advised that I have reported them for mis selling! They replied straight away cancelled the subscription and said they have processed a refund.. will wait to see if I get it!

This is an immoral SCAM. You pay 1£ to track your parcel then days later they steal 25£ from your account. You can't even track your parcel. And you don't get your money back. It's outrageous!!!

Seems to be a common theme here, my daughter ordered something which offered tracking through trackerly. Then days later £24.90 deducted from account. After phoning the company I was told it was my fault for not cancelling a subscription I didn’t know about . I will be taking this to trading standards and using the 100% negative reviews from here as part of my case.
No info about this company on companies house database . Very dodgy . DO NOT USE

Once again an innocent pensioner has been scammed. They did NOT track my package, and took the 24.90 from my account, when all I did was authorise the £1 offer. I need this money, and am at a loss to understand how to recoup it. I will certainly contact the Trading Standards office, and will report it to the Fraud/Police. This is theft pure and simple. Only put one star because I could not review without it, which seems odd! Mrs. S. Brophy

A terrible (and frankly immoral) scam that fooled my 80 year old mother; she lost £25 to them. They should be ashamed of themselves (and Google, who allow them to promote themselves so readily, when she searched for ParcelForce delivery). I hope they read these reviews and hang their heads in shame.

Pay 1£ and charge you another 24.9£ fee.DONT RECOMAND AT ALL

Absolute con artists!! Do not use!!
As others have already stated, you pay £1 to track a parcel and then find out later that hidden away is a subscription fee of £24.90, which they refuse to refund (and is in the name of Mobi-tracker, to confuse the issue further). My payment was taken in February, while I was in hospital so it was March before I was able to deal with it. I messaged them via their website on 02.03.21 and received no reply. I chased them today by telephone and after initially saying they wouldn't refund, they have agreed to after I kicked up a stink and asked for a manager. Conveniently, there wasn't one available but when asked why they didn't reply to my message, they insisted they didn't receive one. When I said I had received confirmation from their website and have a copy of that in my emails, and I insisted that they gave me the manager's name, they spoke to billing and agreed to refund within the next 7 days (I wonder if they will). If they payment doesn't arrive, I will be raising this with my bank as a scam/fraud case.

Same as everyone else has said, total scam! No mention of a "trial offer" for £1 & then £24.90pm AVOID!

Reply from Trackerly
don't get tricked into paying for this 'service'. It is not a service at all. it just copies the tracking form your DHL/parcelforce or any other delivery without adding any value or additional service. complete waste of time and money!

I tried to track a package they give me a name, what was suppose to be a place where the package was, but nothing else, that means the info worth nothing to me.
I reviewed this message and removed some parts that was mentioned I wasn’t able to cancel the subscription because the email was wrong, but still ì wouldn’t waste my money honestly, because the info isn’t accurate at all.

I would give a negative score if I could. This is nothing but a scam and they are thieving scumbags.
If you use them after they contact you to track anything it seems a very small cost but they automatically sign you up to a rolling 12 month contract to track things at £24.90 per month without making it clear and then refuse to refund you when you challenge them. Avoid using them.

Wasted time and money. They can’t find a piece of wood in the forest.
