Very accurate, informative, and calming for peace of mind. Allows you to see how your case is progressing rather than waiting in dead silence for 8-12 months. Predictions were accurate. They even cancelled my subscription automatically after my case got transferred to DOS because I won’t need the app anymore at this stage. Any other company would just keep silently withdrawing out of your account until you remembered to cancel it.
