Custom SR Totems
I recently bought some SR Totems, but when they arrived they were not the shade of green I was hoping for - I had confirmed the PDF sent to me, so my mistake. A couple of emails informed me that the colour I wanted was not available - but it could be! A new PDF and the totems, in the colour I required were on there way. James and Gary were very helpful and polite. I would recommend Tracksidesigns for a first class service, and being prepared to go that extra mile to keep the customer happy. Well done.

A quality product.The website is easy to navigate to find the products you desire. The communication with the company is rapid, with queries dealt with swiftly. I have used this company on a couple of occasions and the service has been first class. The products arrive as described and well packaged within a couple of days. The price is reasonable too.

Excellent service for station signs
I bought a set of customised BR era station signs and was very happy with the service.
James provided updates throughout and even sent a proof of the signs in the form of a pdf for me to confirm before printing.
I'll definitely use them again and recommend their service.

I've found the service offered by this company exceptional in every respect. I've copied below the text of my e-mail, sent when I received the signs. I think it says it all. I don't see how their service could be any better.
"I received the sheets this morning and I have to say that I think they’re fabulous. The service you offer is first class too. I can’t believe that you can produce something of that quality, customised, at such a price & in such a short timescale. I didn’t place the order until Wednesday and they’ve arrived on Saturday!
