Great real time tracking

Tractive Cat 6 mini is literally everything you'd ever need from a cat tracker. It's like your cat has their own smartwatch, plus the option of tracking. Finally a proper visible light too, and a longer battery life. Simple, intuitive app interface + awesome customer support (once I got an email reply within 3 minutes!) makes a match from heaven. Definitely recommended. I've been using it for several years now and will remain a faithful user.

This app is very useful. The signal is great and precise. The battery is very durable. I’m content.

I was very unhappy that it stopped connecting to the net work....but,,, what a great surprise to have such great customer service. They replied bee quickly and suggested what I should try to fix the problem when that didn't work they right away said they would replace it. And then,,,on top of that when I said I had returned the battery charger in error they instantly sent me a code to receive a new one free of charge. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

It has been so easy to keep an eye on the cat and where he goes

I have two dogs who are walked every day in local Forestry Commission woodlands. I set their Tractives to record their walks daily. It’s good to know where and how far they travel. There are wildlife trails all through that the dogs explore and go out of sight at times. It’s so reassuring to be able to see them on my phone.

it's very good for kittens that likes to go out, yet it will be better if the battery could last longer when "live" is on :D

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Tractive! The GPS tracking is accurate and reliable, and it gives me real peace of mind knowing I can always check on my pet’s location. The app is easy to use, the live tracking is impressive, and features like activity monitoring are a great bonus.being able to have the app on multiple family members phone is a bonus. Setup was simple, and the subscription is well worth it for the security it provides. I’d highly recommend Tractive to any pet owner who wants extra confidence and safety for their furry friend!

Well I got a new iPhone and transferred all my apps and data over.
Some apps didn’t work as with my Tractive app.
I contacted them and before the day was over I was up and running. My boy Rowdy is the best hiking partner in the world. He is also a medical alert dog.
So he really never leaves my side. But if something happens to me I want Rowdy to be rescued. And when he is rescued they can recover my body.
Rowdy will never leave me.
So it is important to have his tracker up and running.
Rowdy has hiked over 19,000 miles with me and saved my life once.

Always quick to reply to questions, offering various solutions and tips, but if those “fail”, they still prioritize customer satisfaction and the longevity of their products. Been using Tractive for years now, have 6 active trackers, and it helps give me peace of mind where my pets are at all times.

I have a free roaming cat and without tractive i would always be worried about where they are. So i am really grateful to them for making this device :)

I feel safer that my dog won't be lost.

Firtsly we are using our tractives for search and rescue work. It is really helpful for us to know where the dogs might have struggled in the trainings and see different solutions from different dogs to the same task.

Somehow Parker had lost his collar with his Tracker on I contacted Tractive they gave me the coordinates and I found it within 2 minutes. Absolutely brilliant considering we live on a farm. Thank you

Customer service is *very* prompt and also very thorough. I've contacted Tractive twice about completely different things and received a response within a day providing me with information I requested, or simply responding to a suggestion I made.

It’s hard to fault this device with its simplicity and robustness. Our cat has managed to dislodge it three times, and we were able to retrieve it the first two times as the battery was still live and it was within inches of the shown location (the other retrieval was a fluke occurrence: you need a bit of luck now and then!). The clasp is now on the strongest setting! The tracker itself is not small, but our cat seems unfazed by its presence, It even matches her fur colour! Very happy.

I’m really disappointed with this tracker. After using it for a short time, my cat developed a bald ring all the way around his neck where the device sits, which is obviously uncomfortable and not something I’m willing to ignore. I’ve had to stop using it because his wellbeing comes first.

On top of that, the battery life is very poor! It only lasts about a day, if you’re lucky, which makes it impractical for regular use.

The idea behind the product is good, and I can see the appeal, but in reality it just hasn’t worked for us. I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience.

Brilliant, reliable service. Used it countless times, annual fee really manageable.
