Misleading Videos, Terrible Product, Even WORSE Customer Service

BUYER BEWARE!

By far my worst experience ever, in my 58 years.

The videos show an easy PTO connection using their “PTO Link”. The videos make it look simple.

The reality couldn’t be more different, and more difficult.

What’s more is the 15% restocking fee and shipping fees they try to get you to pay, when it doesn’t work as advertised. Given how expensive PTO Link is, it is SIGNIFICANT, clearly a part of their business model to discourage you from returning it.

I’m returning mine tomorrow, and will be pursuing a FULL, 100% refund of all expenses for THEIR misleading advertisement videos.
