Please stay away from this company Trade Hive.I invested with trade Hive on Aug 2023 and trading never started and decided to be refunded. I approached them then they sent me a email stating they have refunded to my card around 25th Aug 2023 and showing me a withdrew slip which proved to be a scam as nothing showed in my card about refund..that is it lost all my money. Funny enough they called me few days ago and asked me to invest with them and when I explained my issue with them they never called me back..SCAMMERS

Constant phone calls asking for my KYC documentation. Tradehive ignored all of my efforts to be refunded. I have sent several emails to Carlo Masters, acct mannager (apparently),asking to refund my monies to my credit card. The credit card used to pay 250.00 deposit. The replies are always the same, let's have a zoom call catch up. Totally Ignoring me.

Tradehive is a scam we invested money into the company. And was promised we would have the best customer service. Trades never started to happen. And when we decided we wanted to take our money back out they said. We needed to do several zoom calls. After those zoom calls they then said for you to take your money out you have to down load a crypto currency app to withdraw your money. We did this tradehive never sent the money to the crypto app and then said we are having trouble with the regulators so we need to reinstate your account and use your money to trade.

After been told I could withdraw my money whenever I wanted, I invested money with them, when I found out that they were robing me I ask for a refund of the balance and they totally ignored me. Stay away from Trade hive

I would like to warn everybody there, in advance. STAY AWAY. These guys are not legit. I have been fooled and had to loose 5000$ in order to see this. Stay away these people are simple thieves.
