Delivery not sent

After a few days I just received a refund. No message about why they could not deliver. Better stock management would have resolved this issue and better communication would have help manage my expectations

Sealant Purchase

Ordered online to collect at store. Received an e-mail within about 18 hours to inform me sealant had arrived. Arrived at store and items were with me in 2 minutes. They were also best priced I could find on-line.

After a minor glitch trade mart not only promptly corresponds but also fully rectified the glitch which was probably a postal issue and not fault of company- very happy
