Fraudulent company, stay away!

I was cold-called by someone who convinced me to start trading with promises of guaranteed profits and constant support. They used CySEC regulation to build trust, but I was eventually onboarded under a completely different offshore jurisdiction. They use the same domain, so when you access the platform from a European IP, it directs you to the EU company platform, making it look legitimate. From the start, the company representatives misuse your lack of knowledge and direct you towards specific trade positions to intentionally cause a loss to your account, or simply add credits in order to prevent you from withdrawing. I was pressured nonstop to deposit more money, using guilt, personal stories, and claims that everything was completely safe. The profits shown on the platform looked impressive, but the moment I tried to withdraw anything, I was blocked with excuses. The tone became aggressive, the pressure increased, and I was even pushed to take out loans. When I confronted them, they tried to make me sign a document to silence my complaint in exchange for “releasing” my money. My funds are still trapped. In my experience, this operation is deceptive, unethical, and uses manipulative tactics to exploit people. I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Unprofessional


My experience with Trade.com was horrible.
They assigned me a broker who was completely unprofessional. He asked me personal and private questions about my life, and I believe the name he used was fake. He spoke both English and Italian, and since I also speak both languages, he used that to create trust.
He constantly pushed me to deposit more and more money, and at one point he even suggested that I take out a loan using my credit card.

When he realized that I did not want to deposit any more money, he lost interest completely and stopped calling me. Then, suddenly, from one moment to the next, everything collapsed.

He made me invest in very risky and complex instruments, such as EUR/HUF, VIXX, and GBP/JPY, which are already extremely difficult and volatile on their own. As a result, I lost $3,700!

Was scammed here for over 10000euro.
At the start was all okay until was advised to use trust wallet. All my money was gone in a week and couldn’t get it back.
They kept asking me to put in more if I wanted to get my money out.

My experience with this company…

My experience with this company involved significant difficulties accessing my funds. I found it very hard to process a withdrawal. After my account had shown profits for six months, the value was reported as less than my initial investment when I attempted to withdraw.
The company repeatedly asked me to pay taxes on capital gains before processing the withdrawal. My withdrawal request for $371,830 USD, submitted on May 8, was not fulfilled. I reported the matter to the police and sought external assistance.which led to the recovery of my funds.
Based on this ordeal, my advice to prospective clients is to avoid this platform.

There are serious issues with withdrawals. Don’t trust them. The account managers keep asking you to deposit more money, and once you do, their attitude completely changes.

I deposited $100 and made some profit, but I can’t withdraw my profit right now. Unfortunately, even though my first withdrawal of $100 was successful, if you deposit more, you’ll get stuck when trying to withdraw.

Dear traders, to be honest — stay away from Trade.com. I am an individual forex trader, and I also trade on another platform where no one pressures me to deposit money. You can trade and withdraw freely if you have funds in your account.

Please choose a reliable broker like that, and avoid brokers like Trade.com at all costs.

I requested a withdrawal on Friday morning, and right after that my broker — who had ignored me for days — suddenly called, rushing me to open new trades. He promised they’d close in my favour by Monday and that my withdrawal would be approved. A few hours later, I lost all my money.
