DXFutures Platform Lacks Basic Trading Features

Recently moved to GooeyTrade / DXFutures and unfortunately the platform is a major downgrade.
• No ability to drag or adjust SL & TP on the chart
• SL & TP only manageable via Trade Bar, which defeats quick chart-based execution
• Volume indicator cannot be removed despite being told otherwise
• No trade notifications or audio confirmations (entries, exits, SL/TP)
• Features shown in tutorials do not exist on the version provided
• Requires multiple workarounds for basic functionality

Coming from ProjectX, the difference is night and day. Execution, risk management, and usability are all worse. Very disappointing experience.

It is a scam platform

It is a scam platform, in collaboration with propfirms, it is the most shitty platform ever, they are delayed and wont fill you if they know the market direction ahead of time, ur stop loss will be hit with 2-3 pips remainaing and charges you alot. If you ever come across a propfirm that use this run from them and block them, it is a scam

Dodgy charts and supposed slippage

I recently took a trade where price supposedly hit my stop loss … even with spread and the spike shown on the charts it was still at least 3 pips away. Needless to say the trade would have sailed past my TP and given me a good chance of passing my eval. They have no contact details (that I can find) to discuss this issue and it’s not the first time this SL has been hit without the chart indicating it ! I can accept a losing trade if the charts ‘indicate’ it but not when they don’t and there’s a lot of bad reviews here too.

Title: Most Manipulated Trading Platform I’ve Ever Used – Avoid CTTrader on GooeyTrade

As a seasoned trader who’s used nearly every major platform out there, I can confidently say: CTTrader on GooeyTrade is one of the most manipulated, dishonest trading interfaces I’ve ever come across.

The bid/ask prices are deliberately delayed, and the UI is so poorly (or intentionally) designed that it keeps you out of profit even when price moves in your favor. You’ll enter a position, watch the market hit your target, but your PnL won’t reflect reality until it’s already reversed.

I shot screen recordings showing this in real time and sent them to the platform. Their response?

“This is normal behavior on platforms like ours.”

No. It’s not.
I’ve traded on Bybit, Binance, Bitget, MEXC, BingX, Hyperliquid, and more — none of them behave this way. Their answer was a clear brush-off, and it tells me everything I need to know about their priorities.

CTTrader feels like it’s been engineered to extract value from retail traders through latency, UI manipulation, and shady execution. Whether it's poor development or deliberate design — either way, it's unacceptable.

If you value transparency, speed, and fairness — stay away from GooeyTrade and CTTrader.

Not trustworthy AT ALL

Not trustworthy. EMAs that don't show up for the last minutes, EURUSD trades in US session that get filled after a few seconds, USDJPY not moving while thhe rest does, MAs showing for 3 PAIRS but not fore XAUUSD ....

High spread and commissions & still Dutch translation is ridiculous. Truly a shame for the industry. Clear why they started selling B2B.

and that is what I can see. Do i wanna know the unseen?

Edit : Oh, and I trade with DXtrade, same company of gooeytrade. To me it means they don't care and/or are incapable... or worse

Worse than useless

Worse than useless. Forced to switch by FTP when they migrated away from MT5 after the US debacle. All the comments raising critical issues are spot on. I rarely write reviews but this interface deserves no place in the trading world. You might be able to swing trade a single pair but that will be it. Will just write off the challenge!

The site switches your personal chart set up, when you change time frame the program sends you back years, and the changing dates for Dashboard and Trade Journal are horrible. In addition, it is horrible to make more than one trade or trade more than one account at a time. Others who us this site have the same complaint for months and no improvement

At first I thought the people in the reviews were being biased, but now I see they’re not lying. I’m doing a prop firm challenge using this bs platform and it keeps freezing having me stuck in a trade and it won’t let me close the trade therefore having me lose money. Bs platform!

Spread is not right at asia opening.

Spread is not right at asia opening.
How on earth a spread can fluctuate in 50 pips region, and stop loss being hit all the time?
You guys need have your platform rebuild property as this is so damn robbery, never seen any broker such a wide spreads
