Same old story
Same old story. When you order a large package (eg one part of delivery being 20kg) the courier they use has to split it. This then creates confusion at the couriers end. I missed the delivery (my fault) and then arranged to pick it up from the depot next day. Went the depot next day (12 miles away) to find that the courier had come back and left it with a neighbour the day before. Very helpful of them - but only of you tell someone that you did this. Lost a production day and had a 22 mile round journey for nothing. This kind of thing happens all the time - last time the order just didn't arrive and Just Ingredients decided not to communicate with me because they had no news... (did have my money though). Looking for another supplier for bulk items to simplify the delivery process. Actual products are always a high standard and prices good. Delivery useless.

Thank you for your feedback, we certainly find all that we receive helpful and do our best to resolve any issues where possible.
My apologies that you had a difficult delivery with this particular order, we will be reporting your concerns to DPD who were the couriers in this case, as you should have been left some information when they delivered the order with your neighbour. Unfortunately once the goods are with the courier we are at their mercy and trust that they will delivery our goods on time and in good condition. This sadly is not always the case.
New couriers are being researched to give our customers more options and more control over their deliveries, we do hope that you will bear with us. We are currently offering free delivery to our trade customers on all deliveries.
