Ordered a Giannoni valve kit, their website photo shows a Giannoni boxed repair kit, states original Giannoni in the description. What turns up is a pattern part in a plain box.
I have the old Giannoni diaphragm from the original valve in my hand to compare.

Theres also an o-ring missing from one kit and it's the wrong stem.

I just know it's going to be hassle sending it back or doing a chargeback so I'll leave a one star review here instead.

Bang on these guys ordered a pump and it was here next day by 10.30am absolutely brilliant service can't fault them. When all major large merchants near me in South Yorkshire were struggling around as though I had asked for a bullion bar. Will definitely return in future.

I ordered an oil boiler DHW pump at 5pm on Friday with next working day delivery, expecting it to arrive on the Tuesday. It came the day after ordering, by midday! The part worked great, and I now have a working boiler.

Not helpfull and the shop is a real mess , stay clear.

Bought a fan for my boiler which was fitted by a professional heating engineer. The bearing failed within 2 days and on day 3 the fan stopped working altogether. I'm not going to the trouble of paying the heating engineer to come and remove it so that it can be returned. This would just add further expense to my experience. A complete waste of money.

Ordered a plate heat exchanger for Glow Worm boiler, information said original part, pattern part arrived doesn’t fit! Great!!

Terrible customer service, rang and emailed going around in circles to receive proforma invoice as spending substantial amount of money.. was told to pay online as it was "more convenient" for them however was preferred an proforma! rang to speak to a manger but told to phone again an hour after each phone call!
