Tradefred continued scam

Hi, just wanted to alert people to the fact tradefred are still scamming by contacting previous “customers” to deposit the remaining money from old account. In 2019 I fell for the scam and now in 2021 they have called because my account needs to be closed and they need somewhere to deposit remaining balance of account (approx $17k). Still a scam.

Do not trust Tradefred..I invested 250€…

Do not trust Tradefred..I invested 250€ in this company Sept. 2019..I wasn't actually looking to do this but hovered over a page about Bitcoins, before long my phone rang, it was a guy who talked to me & told me somebody would ring that would help me all the time telling me what to do & he did it for me..his name was Dan Weiss or similar, very friendly & chatty. Would phone me everyday when I was home.My money went up & I was quite happy as I thought this might help my pension...After Christmas I had an email telling me that they were no longer trading so I wrote back by email asking for any monies due to go back into my a/c please..Nothing, I heard nothing. Beginning of March 2020 somebody called James rung & told me the company had taken over the monies due back to people, showed me graphs, told me it was in Bitcoins so would have to be exchanged into the nomination of the country you live in. I'm not clever when it comes to technology so did everything they asked me to which took them 2.1/2 days before if completed all I was asked to do eventually, at one point I was so fed up because I couldn't do what they were asking I nearly pulled out but with all the interest they spoke about, because of this that & the next thing which I didn't understand but trusted them, I did everything..When I looked at my a/c later on to see if the payments were pending I could see them in red...960€ & 500€ + another €500. it had a green circle by it, waiting to go out as by then they'd taken the first 1.460. & thought they'd get the rest, but I didn't have anymore for them to take..Went to the police, filled out a crime sheet all through Spanish lockdown which in itself was hard enough, waited over a week, got it back & they gave me the impression bank would give it back haha....After weeks of waiting & hearing nothing, today I asked only to be told I'm not getting it from them..Have had to borrow money as no work at all, not that I can do it as I've now been informed I have a really bad back problem...I have no idea where to go & what to do next..Any advice anybody can give me, I'd appreciate it. Thank you for reading all this.....

Tradefred hve scammed me out of…

Tradefred hve scammed me out of Eu160000. Their convoluted system of requesting u to send transfers to Pay Send Bank in the UK, who in turn, pass the funds to Safe Currency for the purchase of Bitcoins . Not only have I never received any Bitcoins nor do I know the wallet numbers. Safe Currency main tain that I provided the wallet numbers, just not possible I would not know where to start.Tradefred cannot be contacted by fone or email. Tradefred is the Brand name of Brightfx Capital Ltd. registered in Cyprus. I hve reported the matter to the Fraud Squad in London, and will be writing to every regulatory body that I can find. Disgusting to treat a 76 yr old handicapped widow in this manner, but in fact, nobody deserves to go thru the anguish that I am currently going thru. .I would award them 5 red stars but the web does not accept this.

WATCH OUT FOR TRADEFRED

Over a year ago I started trading with Tradefred. At first everything went smoothly, my manager helped me open winning positions until a position on oil made me lose all my capital.
I wrote a compliance letter and was contacted by Amos Martin, who presented himself as the person who would help me get my money back.
For 3 or 4 months everything went well, I was happy because Mr. Martin helped me to recover my capital little by little.
But in March he got me into the wrong position on the gold. At my request for help he kept telling me not to worry. Then he made me open another position making me believe that I could save the capital, but in the end I lost. When I asked him to explain, he convinced me that it wasn't his fault and I deposited more money because he told me that he would help me recover the lost capital as if I was his "mother".
In the meantime I wrote a negative review on Trustpilot and I was contacted by Mr. George Goran who was very helpful because he made me understand a lot about trading and gave me a lot of information on how to learn how to trade on my own. And here things went better, because I was able to do some winning trading without Mr. Martin's help. Mr. Martin was only available to ask for new deposits.
Since my account was a VIP account, I was entitled to have an advisor to support my trading.
I pointed this out to Mr. Goran who said, "Let me see what I can do. I'll call you on Monday." On Monday I was contacted by Mr. Martin who promised to give me some tools to better understand trading. At the end of October he convinced me to deposit more money because the next day there would be Brexit and the possibility to increase my capital. I accepted, (maybe because I am stupid!!!!) but things did not go as well as Mr. Martin had led me to believe. Fortunately for me, having in the meantime learned something more by reading on internet, following some webinars, I was able to limit my loss. For a month and a half Mr. Martin was unavailable, so in December I decided to withdraw all my money. Suddenly Amos called and asked me to give him one more chance, making me believe that he would be there for me every day.
Stupidly I believed him. One day he called me and said, "I can give you tools if you want." I pointed out to him that I'd been waiting for about 6 months. He started asking me something, but we were always interrupted by a "hold on... hold on..." After half an hour he told me he had some computer problems, he offered to call me on Christmas Day! I agreed and on Christmas Day at 7.52 a.m. he wrote a whatsapp saying he was there for me as promised. At 8.40 I wrote: "Would be ok in 10 minutes?" He didn't answer right away... as usual. At 11.20 he answered, but it was too late, I was going out. In the meantime I asked for the second time to withdraw all my money. From this moment on he tried a thousand ways to cancel my withdrawal, but this time I was adamant, also because I found in the forexpeacearmy a review of a person who had had the same affair with Mr. Martin.
The money arrived after 3 or 4 days in my account. I wrote an email to Mr. Martin with a screenshot of the review I saw in the forexpeacearmy, and told him to give me some explanation. I asked him if he wanted to work with me, he should send me a resume from him. I also asked him about other explanations I found in the forexpeacearmy about something involving Tradefred. Mr. Goran sent me an e-mail explaining Tradefred's position in this case. He finished writing the e-mail: "I'd be happy to talk to you." I proposed to speak with him on January 14th at 9:00 a.m., he did not answer or call me... as usual. I wrote him another e-mail telling him I was waiting for his call. He never answered and never called me.
So I decided to close my entire account at Tradefred, and I decided to write this bad review.
WATCH OUT FOR TRADEFRED! Don't trade with them, you'll lose all your money. The strategy they use is always the same!!!!!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. First contact was good, first tip was good too and I made a profit of about $900 in a few days... after that, I received calls only to make me deposit more money, promising a better spread and great conditions.
Once the deposit has been done, I never received any better conditions on one hand, but I never received another call to give me advice on the other.

After my first complaint, I received a call from a very nice, very smart guy who actually took one hour to explain me the basics. This should have been done by my account manager before I start to lose about $2,500.
Since then, I never received a call again, not one advice. It even became very difficult to get an answer by email and I lost all my deposit...

There certainly are things to do in trading, but not with TradeFred!!!

Edit: this edit is to reply to TradeFred that is adding 'lying' to their qualities! Ask Michael and Georges if I never had a buying experience with you. I just withdrew the remaining of my savings and asked them to close my account.

Just this morning I was told to "SHUT UP" from a caller named "Michael" from the number 07418 343945. I would not even give this company a 1 star. I opened an account initially but the documents they required and the constant string of e-mails and phone calls each day was disgraceful. I removed the initial amount I opened it with because I do not trust these people. I told him to remove my number from the system and he told me to shut up! Absolute bunch of incompetent ignorant individuals with no professionalism at all. They just want your cash. Stay clear!
14/01/2020
In response to your message Mr George Goren (and as per our email correspondence last year) I have already highlighted and sent you proof of the 100s of calls I have received already from your obsessive pushy aggressive sales team. Every single working day I receive several calls from different number combinations to my “work phine”. It’s funny that My personal details were only obtained by tradefred when opening my account, yet now you are stating it’s someone else? Seriously? Someone you don’t know? Come on - take ownership of this disgraceful tirade of abuse or have someone else take responsibility. You would think after ignoring call 100 you people would take the hint, seems this is the way you conduct your business. Disgraceful.

Crypto Currency trading a scam

TradeFred are simply a bunch of scammers. There are many many people who have lost their investment as I did. I lost $250 American dollars. They replaced the initial investment and continued to contact to advise me to contribute thousands so that the algorithm could perform effectively. Absolute balderdash. They say you cannot withdraw investments under $1000. So bye bye initial investment and welcome a good scam to get you to invest over $1000. 🙁🙁
Some reviews show successful trades. 👎. This will not happen to you.
DO NOT TRADE WITH THESE SCAMMERS.
They insist that I was dealing with a third party Robot. But I talked to employees on the Phone who said I would be using a bitcoin algorithm- however this did not happen. From numerous phone calls the algorithm was suggested with further investment of 10K to 5K. This was not a desirable course of action so I did not take it. They suggest a Robot guided me but I am saying that a person on the end of a phone told me I must have over $1000 before I could be considered for any withdrawal. Again scamming behaviour. They continue to try wriggle put of responsible behaviour by blaming errant issues on Robots. Give me a break you scamming so and so’s. 🤥

Scam

Tradefred is a scam. I took a gamble and invested $250 which cost me £194.64. On joining Tradefred you get lots of phone calls from unregulated so called traders or brokers. I told them that I was looking automated trading. The first so called broker that offered this was Luke Harris from taurenefx. Google taurenefx, it is a scam. I had to invest £250 in megacoinfx and I would get a refund from Tradefred. I did not get a refund from Tradefred, so I have now lost £444.64.. Then Luke Harris wanting another £232 odd for automated trading. I agreed but my bank, Nationwide would not pay this as it is a scam. Then Michelle Tyler from another so called broker, I do not have the details, offered me automated trading in megacoinfx for £2000. I said no. Then Sean Franko from megacoinfx said that I could have automated trading.for free. Google megacoinfx it is a scam.My investment of £444.64, = 515 euros, is now at 19,581 euros after just 9 days of trading. Can I get this or even my 515 euros back. You will not be surprised that the answer is no. Sean Franko from megacoinfx tried to get another 5000 euros from me today, I said no as I have already lost 515 euros.
Update, since posting this review I got a phone call from Alex Chernoguz of Tradefred and I have now received a refund for my $250 from Tradefred so I have only lost £250 to megacoinfx. But I am not changing my rating for Tradefred because if you join Tradefred all you get lots of phone calls from unregulated so called traders or brokers.who will scam you for more money.

Extremely pricey Fx broker

Extremely pricey Fx broker

Rolling swaps are 7x times higher than what I am using right now.
Also, they have a marketing team of people ("traders" or "brokers")working to get you "trading" so you can lose money. Do not answer their calls or tell them to leave you alone.

Lastly, they can't send you bank withdrawal as usual Fx broker would - they issue a refund order back to your debit/credit card. If you make any profit, they can't send it that way, so only then they will offer you bank transfer or Skrill.

I've found the platform is good

I've found the platform is good, but the broker assigned to assist, rude unhelpful and very pushy to inject more funds, I just wanted some guidance to explore the platform, particularly as a newbie who just wans to experience the platforms pros and cons, but I am enjoying the platform, doing my own research and having some fun, there seems to be other similar platforms out there, the key is, take your time to assess their suggestions, question their rational then place your trade start at low margins, make sure you are in control, use social trade areas to guide, but most of all enjoy the journey:)

A none caring company . Caution is highly required.

I first used TradeFred a couple of months ago and lost all of my money. I was then persuaded to invest again by a very pushy woman who assured me she would definitely not let this happen to me again. Guess what! I’ve just lost all of my money yet again.
I would urge anyone to be extremely careful with using this company. I’m not in the big league with money,so could I’ll afford to loose this money. This has put me in a very bad place now. I’ve lost over £6000. I’m devastated and disgusted.

At the beginning the support was good

At the beginning the support was good, however for some reason I got transferred to another account manager who first started to brag that he was the best and that the others weren’t as good as he was (this guy is caked Guy Sorkin)...I was like ok this isn't good sportsmanship. He then went on to advise what I should invest in. I explained that I wasn’t willing to put anymore money in and just wanted to trade with what was already in the account (approx $6k). He became agitated which immediately got my back up and said I was making a big mistake. Again I reiterated that I don’t want to put anymore in and all I’m comfortable with doing is using the money (which was in my eyes substantial enough to use)..but again he became even more agitated. I told him that he wasn’t listening to my concerns or what I wanted to do...with that he asked me to stop repeating myself. I thought to myself that this is bad customer support...at the end of the day I was a client and he should’ve listened to my concerns, however he was more interested in himself. Nevertheless I did one final investment with the money I had in the account even though he was aggrieved that I didn’t want to invest anymore still expressing that I was making a mistake by not depositing any more money!
After a couple of weeks another guy emailed me to see when best to contact me, so I responded with a suitable time and date...not heard anything since. Eventually I got so fed up with the lack of support I just wanted any dealings with TradeFred to stop. I requested a withdrawal for the full amount from my account (over 8k). This was requested on the 15th June 2019....nothing. I then try again on the 24th June and still nothing. I even emailed their customer services on the 24th and filed a complaint not one person has contacted me! On the 27th June I contact them and chatted with a customer support advisor who in turn told me that she was trying to sort this and will get someone to contact me ASAP! It is now the 4th July, I’ve had no contact and I am still waiting for my money to come back to me.
There support is poor and the minute you try and get your money back they don’t want to know...so in effect they have stolen my money.
This company is untrustworthy!
