Poor quality product, does not match the site description. When contacted they were not able to provide fitting instructions. The proceeded to tell me that bodging it is the correct way.

Negative feedback removed from ebay within 1 hour.
Bought 2 sliding windows from seller on ebay. The insulation of the fixed part factory built into plate glass is seeping water at both windows. We informed the seller about it. Until seller thought it was caused by our installation process, seller seemed helpful, once they found out form enclosed video that the issue caused by poor fixed part factory built into plate glass, there was no more response from seller. Even removed negative feedback left on ebay within an hour. Two out of 2 windows are faulty, so anyone can decide how reliable is their 100% feedback.
