Awful support

After trading on the site, 1 of my itemes wasn't sent. I contacted support and after 1 day they replied to me to check their sites inventory (nothing was there), after that I waited for another 2 days for a reply which i didnt receive so I ended up trade reversing. ( the agent assigned to my support ticket was multiple times active on the site during the 2 days and just didnt reply)
