Purchase
Original email enquiry to Tradelink Gympie store went unanswered. Ended up ordering on line thru Noosa store. Product arrived promptly for collection but when i went to collect no one around in dispath and had to wait for 30mins for someone to appear. I would rather go elsewhere in future.

The young man answering the phone at the Hallam store, I think he is the assistant manager.
He was absolutely wonderful, I brought the wrong size towel rail, and he went above and beyond to get it sorted

I don’t know how long I waited. I rang and was told just to wait. I rang a month later and was told the part I ordered was no longer available. I then received my order roughly two days later

Terrible store policies, unhelpful and uncaring store manager and a customer service team who does not put the customer at the forefront of what they do. Avoid and shop with Reece or other retailers who value you.

Outstanding service at Ballarat store…
The sales person at the Ballarat store went out of his way to source a sink we needed at the last minute for our build. I admit to some Karen style frustration aimed at the world at large and he diplomatically ignored my grumpiness and looked after us so well.
