On one hand they have great prices, and real people on the chat. They did chat and help me understand a lot of how the trademark process works. However.. I asked to speak to a consultant, someone in legal BEFORE my application was submitted to USPTO, so that we could discuss best next steps. That did NOT happen. Instead, I gave them the full description of everything I'm planning on doing with my business vs what's actually happening now during their app process, because I thought the next step was to speak to a lawyer and instead they submitted that to USPTO. So I have the MAXIMUM amount of classifications I can have for this logo usage @ $350/each - SIX and sadly it's already been submitted, so now I have no choice if I want my logo protected but to pay $2100 to get it done. So.. while they are chatty - they will keep you on that chat and text, email and call you all day to get you through the door. Just make sure you understand what is what and also understand the person you're communicating with is a sales person NOT legal, so they answer certain questions but are vague about others. It's not the biggest deal on Earth, it's just annoying and unexpected. I am working on a lot right now and didn't want to spend $2K on a logo trademark, that's kind of ridiculous, I would have rather just gotton ONE classification for now and circled back around. So.. Sure use them, just understand that you won't know how many classifications you are going to end up with until you have to pay.
