I had no idea what to expect before starting the process of trademarking my business, but the team made everything so much easier. They guided me every step of the way, answered all my questions honestly, and were completely transparent throughout. I highly recommend their services!”

I went into this entire process blind. I only had the online synopsis from the USPTO as to how the process was designed. And, I must admit, there were times when I had my doubts that I was making progress. In addition, the charges kept piling up which gave me more reason to be concerned. But I asked the right questions, and I trusted the system. And while we are not finished yet, I can see the end.
I had to do a lot of analysis on my own, and when I put together a spreadsheet of the expenses, it started to make sense, and it was consistent. It cost a lot more than I originally anticipated, but I feel that Trademarkjust is honest and competent, and will get me the intellectual property protection that I need.

I paid a company called TrademarkJust.com approximately $700 for services related to a U.S. trademark application. The company represented that the payment covered required USPTO-related fees such as a “declaration fee,” “disclaimer fee,” and drafting of a response.

After payment, I later confirmed directly with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) that:

The application was under suspension and no response was required at that time

The types of “fees” described by the company do not exist as presented

No filing or response had been submitted on my behalf

The company also failed to provide any deliverables, documentation, or proof of work despite claiming the work had been completed.

After repeated follow-ups, the company agreed in writing to issue a full refund and provided a refund agreement. I signed the agreement as requested. However, the company has failed to issue the refund even after the agreement was executed, and I have been attempting to recover my funds since November 2025.

This situation involves:

Misrepresentation of services and fees

Failure to perform paid services

Providing misleading information about USPTO requirements

Failure to honor a signed refund agreement

Consumers should be cautious when dealing with companies that present themselves as assisting with trademark services but are not transparent about actual USPTO processes.

I want my money back

They were very professional and thorough in making sure my trademark documents were correctly signed and processed and helped me in payment issues I had to finish final steps of trademark. I am very appreciative on that.

Super easy and secure; Fast and very little headache. My project is very important to me and it feels so amazing to finally get it legal protection. This idea is going to be quite popular in the coming era. Thank you for making this grandiose dream a possibility.

Just started working and it was only recently that I realized the ideas I was having with my A.I. were spectacular and anyone would likely try to steal them.
Thank God we have this form of legal protection.

Somehow, my negative review of Trademarkjust on 12/11/25 went through with a 5-star rating :-(
It should be a negative 5-star. In MHO, the only way this company could have a (currently) 3.1 average rating on Trustpilot is with bogus positive reviews.

Please don’t give any of your hard-earned money to Trademarkjust. I thought I was too smart to get scammed so bad but maybe at 70 I’m getting soft. The only thing this company did was file the application which takes over 6 months to even be reviewed by an examining attorney at USPTO. They delayed filing for months and then completely fabricated stages the application was going through with congratulations and of course asking for money for the next fabricated stage. This was with fake docs from the USPTO and even a fake screenshot of their website. A few thousand dollars later I finally became suspicious and checked the website myself to see that my app had not even gone through the first stage. I’ve reported them to the FTC and will check who else I can report them to.

Buyer beware. They will ask you for USPTO fees that they can't justify or explain over and over and over. They will go silent for months, then show up again asking for a mysterious $1200 fee they claim goes to the PTO. When I asked them for proof of these fees through USPTO and sent a list of fees on the federal website, they just talk in circles, refuse to link to anything to prove or disprove what they're saying and provide PDFs with their letterhead on it as some form of justification. I'm not opposed to paying valid fees but I've been told multiple times "this will be the final fee" then they show up 3 months later asking for more money. At this point, I'm collecting all my notes and intending to file a complaint the PTO and FTC.

They are making you believe that the office actions are from the federal office, but it's all a lie! They make those fake documents to get more money out of you—fake number of classes to get more money and fake office actions to get even more!

Don't use this service is you need your serial number quickly.

I know Amazon sellers need a serial number for Brand Registry and that's why I used TrademarkJust. However, It's been almost 2 months and I'm still getting the runaround.

They told me that with the basic service, I should have my serial number within 8-10 business days. Well, it's been 2 months and still nothing.

I'm extremely angry, as it's caused me to delay my launch. I would highly recommend using another service and NOT TrademarkJust.

They told me it would take a couple of days, but then they had the filing ready immediately and wanted more money. Doesn't add up. Also, the mailing address is in my state and also isn't there. Not worth the risk.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
The USPTO flagged my application and refused to process it. This Company has been flagged as “FRAUDULENT”!! After $800 and 10 months my application has went nowhere. DO NOT LOOSE YOUR $$
Darren has refused all calls and hasn’t responded to any text messages.

Scam. Received an unsolicited text from associate Darren of Trademark Just claiming they had a "third party" trying to file for my company's trademark. Then he tried to pressure me into hiring them / paying for their services to file to USPTO. I've reported this interaction with screenshots to the FCC & USPTO.
