  1. Legal Services

Written by the company

Trademark Proficient is a simplified, web-based stage of brand name registration departments that makes sense for people and expert materials (new companies and medium-sized undertakings) who are not familiar with the periodically monotonous and bulky process of submitting their brand Name (or Copyright) Recruitment apps. We need help protecting your important resources: a business name, brand, item, or other protected innovation, and identifying your privileges. This enrollment ensures that any future copyright or brand name infringement cases will be in your favor.

Trademark Proficients has ripped me…

Trademark Proficients has ripped me off. I paid for 3 classifications($350 per classification with the USPTO) and they only bought/registered 1 out of the 3 with USPTO. They ripped me off a total of $700. When I brought the error to their attention Mark once again answered the call(after many attempts) and said to forward this to him and he would forward this to the team. He said he would get back to me later that day or tomorrow… Well, that was Thursday and still no response. I cannot get him on the phone nor have I received any email… When I go to the website the person tells me in a live chat that Mark will handle it, but so far nothing. He knew how major of a deal this is and it’s priority, and knows I’m out $700 and they still won’t address it. All I get is just ignoring of my attempts to contact him/them and now my business is suffering due to this delay and they don’t seem to care. I told them this was important and this should be a priority and they just dropped the ball. I’m being ignored. They didn’t even get my classification correct in the description. I am very frustrated at this point and I would stay miles away from this company. They are very quick to make the sale very very responsive, but then they will take your money. I even have all the documentation in text messages and emails of exactly what they were to do for me and they only got one classification instead of all three with each one costing me $350 each.

Trademark Proficients SCAM ALERT

Title: Beware of Trademark Proficients TOTAL SCAM.

Mark Wallace Sr. Analyst, my alleged contact and their company. Don’t get fooled by this sophisticated scam run by Mark Wallace (fake name) and his accomplices.

They have set up a very professional-looking website and talk the talk about trademark filings, but their sole purpose is to steal your hard-earned money. I fell victim to their scheme when I paid them thousands of dollars to help me file trademarks across six classifications and they keep asking for more money but don’t intend on doing work. They only filed one classification and disappeared with the rest of my money when I caught on to their deception. Mark Wallace, or whoever he really is, is my contact person for this fraudulent operation but they probably use many different names so beware.

Their strategy is simple yet effective: lure unsuspecting clients with promises of expert trademark services, take a substantial upfront payment, perform minimal or no work, and vanish once exposed.

If you come across a company via Google, associated with Mark Wallace or others, offering trademark services, do NOT engage with them. They are a fake company designed to swindle honest individuals seeking legitimate trademark assistance.

Stay vigilant and avoid becoming another victim of this scam. Spread the word to protect others from falling into their trap.
