Everything is perfect but the only downside would be a dificult assembly instruction, but if you take your time its not hopeless, but you need some space to figure out what you have and where it all goes, would help if the would simply labal the parts with numbers 😅

Amazing service. Bought chair before which had fabric issue. Trademax send new chair in place of defektive one even after one year. Great service and site.

Sub: Complaint Letter for Poor Delivery Service

Dear Sir,

With due respect, this letter has been written to inform you that I have placed an order with order no. E-NO18780964 through your website 6 weeks ago and yesterday 14.09.22 time 11:30 your a driver drops the item on a street where people are moving and I tried to tell him to help me to move the item to the basment of the apartment however the drive refues to do his obligation. What kind of service are you providing to the customers? This sort of unprofessional behavior can result in losing your customers. Any way I paid 850 kr for indoor delivery service, therefore you have to refund me the 850 kr. paid for the indoor delivery service. I would like to request you to look into the matter, as soon as possible.

Ordered sofa can't be more happy with it. The quality is very nice and on top of that packing was quite solid to avoid any damage in transport. Delivery was free of charge and PostNord have called few hours before delivery to arrange it, that was very nice. Delivery times are quite high but at least it's delivered in that time window that is said on the website so You know what to expect. Can't find any bad sides in comparison to other furniture web shops. I can recommend it with pure heart.

Extremly poor service, i wanted to order spareparts for my sofa wich i bhougt few yrs ago from trademax, they didnt helped with rpoviding the correct info abt how to proceed. I was told to make a reclaim for my order, when i did they refused it, i just wanted som net parst, i cud pay for them, but they weren`t helpful at all.

Its taking long,
plus i have wrote an email about the status and still waiting for response. in my point of view a pathetic service so for. I did not receive the product. i am hopeing it should not be like the service

Quite poor customer service and after sales delivery. I natrually cannot recommend Trademax to anyone who is serious about getting a furniture.

Very first experience took almost one year to receive complete product, and that included months of back and forth with customer service, hardly understand the content of the products they sell to customers.

Latest experience, I have been delivered a product I did not order whilst not receiving my ordered product completely.
