I beg you so not trust this site because I hope they will not get away with this. Do your own research and see that this company is not to be trusted. Look at their Kaspa price, it's way low. They keep Kaspa online, bait people to buy with a tempting price then won't let you withdraw. I'm not sure how these other reviews are giving 5 stars, I assume they're bots. Beware, it looks like they are working hard to get people to use their site again. Here is an idea, come clean to what you did, be transparent and try to help fix the problem.

Asked for help with a transaction that weren't showing on transactions. The team on X were quick and to the point, no hassle.

Works as a good no-KYC trading market for ME, but I've heard people get their accounts with thousands of dollars frozen, so I would be careful...

If you learn how to use this exchange, it works perfect!
Their support is a little slow and only on X (tweeter) but they always eventually give great support if needed. This website is not for everybody as it's not easy to understand how to do the exchanges. It's a non-kyc and I use it for years!

Its a scam cex. They stoled kaspa from customers and they keep doing it. Stay Away!

Their site is always down (down right now). The only support they offer is DM'ing on X/Twitter but they don't respond. I've currently reached out 3 times. If you have dual auth on your account and need to disable/re-enable due to new phone, you're stuck and won't be able to access your account.

I’m having an absolutely sucky time because I can’t sign on because he’s telling me there’s an error even though I’ve reset my password and try to re-create an account but my emails already in use so that means the email is correct and with the reset password can’t understand why I can’t sign in and keep getting these error messages. Your site completely sucks

Impossible to trade and withdraw Kaspa

Dont use it, barely any trading volume and they steal your crypto... Ive had Kaspa stuck in there for months and they wont let me withdraw it, worth a lot of money too! Wont respond to my messages, absolute scam, dont use! Which ever country they are registered in needs to hold them accountable!!!

Had some issues with transactions not going through, but the customer service get back to you fast through their twitter account. Have not had any issues except that

I have been using it for more than half a year right now, it just works, traded over $1500, never had an issue with trading or withdrawing my funds. There is of course no KYC. It is kind of weird that the withdrawal fees vary so much between the coins, the cheapest ones you can then easily trade for money are Monero and Litecoin, if you can afford to pay a ~3$ fee, then Bitcoin and sending it to Revolut works perfectly. The customer support is kind of trash - you have to message them on Twitter and that's literally the only way to reach them LOL
