I have been using it for more than half a year right now, it just works, traded over $1500, never had an issue with trading or withdrawing my funds. There is of course no KYC. It is kind of weird that... See more

HELP! Please respond!

The only point of contact is twitter and they do not respond! I have a lot of money with them and no way of discussing where my funds are as they are not showing 5 days after sending from Coinbase

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! They lock your funds if YOU make money on a coin, they wont let you sell. I have 4000 Euros locked for 6 months now. No customer support.

Recent positive reviews here are fake. 95% are from DE(Germany) and many use the name Heinz or similar. NOT a coincidence.

STAY AWAY!!!

Don't risk it - updated

28/3/24 Been using Trade Ogre for a few months without any issues but today there's an error code 500 and no way of accessing the website or withdrawing my funds. The only way of contacting customer support is through Twitter X so I'm not holding out much hope......Steer clear of this website.

29/3/24 I felt I should update my review from a 1 to 3 stars as the customer support came back to me via Twitter within a few hours and the website was back up and running. I'm not sure why the server was down....it was worrying and there was no info posted on their social media which made me assume it had been hacked. I'm trying to move my funds from the site and will update again if it is successful.....
